Parts. Quotes are provided in hours and raw metal parts are shipped within 1 to
2 weeks with faster deliveries available. Capabilities include CNC machining of
prismatic, recta-linear parts and CNC lathes for turned parts.
Types of prototype machined parts include plates, shafts, heat sinks, couplers,
bus bars, and motor mounts made from aluminum, steel, copper, stainless steel
and various plastics including Delrin and UHMW PP. And of course, Rapid
Machining mills and turns machined prototypes to your 3D database and can work
with native Solidworks, ProE Wildfire and Autocad Inventor files.
